LMH Bespoke care is a friendly new service in Queniborough looking to enable individuals to maintain an independent life by providing support with everyday services.

MY STORY

I have over 35 years experience in Health and Social Care. 

My journey began when I was 15 years old working in a nursing home, I soon realised my passion was to provide care and support to individuals. I progressed through my career working in domiciliary care, providing health and social care training and managing a residential service. I feel now is the time to spread my wings and create a more personalised service.

I have a current enhanced DBS check for adults and children. My qualifications include:

• PTLLS teaching qualification

• Level 4 NVQ in Care Management

• Registered Managers Award

• Dementia Awareness

• Dementia tour bus

• Falls Awareness

• Behaviours that challenge

• Continence care

• UKHCA train the trainer Medication

• Safe guarding of vulnerable adults train the trainer

• Moving and handling train the trainer

• Level 2 NVQ in Care

• Level 2 Certificate in Risk Assessment (Credit Pass)

• Foundation Certificate in Health and Safety in the workplace

• Staff development and supervision

• Staff recruitment and selection training

• Moving and Handling High Risk

• Infection Control

• First Aid

• Food Hygiene

• Individual Service Planning Awareness
